About the Role
We are hiring full-time Non-CDL Local Horse Haulers in Lexington, KY, for drivers with previous horse handling experience. You will operate a small box truck or pickup with a gooseneck trailer to transport race and show horses between tracks and training facilities in the Lexington area and surrounding counties.
This role is more than just driving; you will be part of each and every winner's story. While location staff handles live loading and unloading, you will set up stalls and assist with cargo handling equipment. The schedule is a day shift with start times based on customer needs, and weekend shifts are required. The best part? You go home daily.
Hiring Process
To apply, you must live within 40 miles of Lexington, KY, or be willing to relocate. Candidates must meet Sallee Horse Vans MVR and Risk Rating qualifications, pass a DOT physical and medical requirements, and successfully complete a pre-employment drug test and background check.
