About the Team
XPO is seeking established driver teams to operate dedicated routes between XPO facilities. Our over-the-road operation is designed exclusively for teams with a CDL-A, offering the freedom of long-haul driving with the support of a dedicated partner.
About the Role
As an XPO Team, you will run dedicated routes in new sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. Our in-house, no-touch freight system ensures you never have to wait at a customer site, while access to our extensive network of 160+ fueling stations helps eliminate frustrating delays.
A typical work week consists of 4-5 days on the road followed by 2 days of time at home. While schedules may occasionally vary based on network conditions, the role is built for consistency and reliability.
