About the Role

The Nightlife Server Assistant / Marketing Model serves as a vital extension of the Cocktail Server team, dedicated to delivering superior customer service in the vibrant atmosphere of the pool and nightclub. This role is designed to ensure every guest experience aligns with the Forbes 5 Star Standard rating, reflecting the high service expectations of Wynn company standards.

In this position, you will be the face of the venue, responsible for the seamless flow of service from opening setup to closing breakdown. Your day involves transporting trays, serving beverages and food, and maintaining a clean, hygienic workstation that meets Clark County Health standards. Beyond service, you play an active role in setting the tone of the venue by initiating and maintaining an upbeat, relaxed environment while interacting professionally with guests.

A unique aspect of this role is the integration of marketing and brand promotion. You will actively promote pool and nightclub events both on-property and across social media platforms, managing company social channels as directed by management and participating in broader marketing campaigns to enhance the venue's digital presence.
