About the Role
The Nightlife and Daylife Club Cocktail Server / Marketing Model serves as the face of the venue, responsible for delivering superior guest service while interacting and entertaining in a professional manner. This role is designed to uphold the Forbes 5 Star Standard rating, ensuring every guest experience is consistent with Wynn company standards.
Day in the Life
You will manage multiple tables and tasks in an efficient, proactive manner, greeting and serving guests with an upbeat attitude. Your day involves taking food and beverage orders, communicating them to the service bar, and ensuring all items are correct, properly presented, and meet special requests before delivery. Beyond service, you will maintain a clean and hygienic workstation in accordance with Clark County Health Standards and recognize when guests are becoming intoxicated to ensure safety.
In addition to hospitality, this position includes a marketing component. You will promote pool and nightclub events both on property and across social media platforms, maintaining social channels as directed by management and participating in broader marketing campaigns to create an upbeat and relaxed environment.
