About the Role

We are seeking an HP Indigo Digital Press Operator to join our team at our Westampton, New Jersey plant. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our digital printing operations, responsible for operating HP Indigo 12,000 color digital presses, variable print devices, and static printing equipment.

You will step into a position where your print experience is immediately valued, with a focus on maintaining rigorous production and quality standards. Your day will involve setting up impositions, viewing color-critical content, and making precise adjustments to ensure savable color from make-ready through to final approval. You will work closely with equipment representatives, sales, customer service, and internal technicians to troubleshoot technical problems and ensure seamless operations.

This is a night shift position (7 pm - 7 am) featuring a rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts. The first week consists of three days, followed by a four-day week the second week, with alternating weekends off. You will be expected to perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance, keep the work area clean, and utilize computer systems to ensure product quality. While previous Indigo Digital experience is preferred, we are committed to training the right candidate who demonstrates a drive for results and a commitment to quality.
