About the Role
We are seeking an HP Indigo Digital Press Operator for our Westampton, New Jersey plant. This role is designed for individuals ready to take the reins of their career and soar to new heights. You will step into a position where your print experience is immediately valued, operating the HP Indigo 12,000 color digital press and other variable print devices.
In this position, you will be the backbone of our production floor, responsible for setting up impositions, viewing color-critical content, and making necessary adjustments to ensure savable color from make-ready through to final approval. You will troubleshoot technical problems, interact with equipment representatives and internal technicians, and ensure the work area remains clean and organized. This is a dynamic environment where you will work closely with sales and customer service teams to meet production and quality standards.
Shift Schedule
This is a night shift position operating from 7 pm to 7 am. The schedule follows a rotating pattern: 12-hour shifts consisting of 3 days during the first week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday off) and 4 days during the second week (Monday through Sunday off). Overtime is available and expected during peak production periods.
