About the Role
We are seeking an HP Indigo Digital Press Operator to join our team at our Westampton, New Jersey plant. In this role, you will take the reins of your career by operating all digital presses, variable print devices, and static printing equipment. You will be responsible for setting up impositions, viewing color-critical content, troubleshooting technical problems, and ensuring the press room meets rigorous production and quality standards.
This position is designed for candidates with a drive for results who are committed to quality for both internal and external customers. While previous Indigo Digital experience is preferred, we are committed to training the right candidate who possesses the necessary hand-eye coordination and technical aptitude to succeed.
Shift Schedule
This is a night shift position operating from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The schedule consists of 12-hour shifts, alternating between 3 days in the first week and 4 days in the second week. The first weekend off includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, while the second week involves working Monday through Sunday.
Compensation
Employees can be expected to be paid an hourly range of $22.00 to $28.00, based on variations in knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions.
