Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist clients with Activities of Daily Living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- check_circleDocument behavior, events, and conditions that are out of the ordinary
- check_circleMaintain confidentiality of client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- check_circleAttend required meetings and in-services to maintain professional standards
- check_circleMonitor clients for changes in condition and report any suspected abuse or neglect immediately
- check_circleProvide medication assistance, meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation services
- check_circlePractice safety protocols and lift or push up to 50 pounds as needed
- check_circleReport daily activities and client status to supervisors via management systems and logs
Requirements
- verified18 Years of Age or Older
- verifiedValid driver's license
- verifiedAutomobile insurance
- verifiedReliable transportation
- verifiedCNA License or alternate experience as a caregiver (preferred)
- verifiedCPR & First Aid Certifications (preferred)
- verifiedProficiency with ClearCare management system
Nice to Have
CNA License or alternate experience as a caregiver. CPR & First Aid Certifications. Prior experience assisting with ADLs or caring for elderly, disabled and other vulnerable clients.
