About the Role
At Colorado's Finest High School of Choice, we believe that a safe, clean, and welcoming environment is the foundation of student success. This Custodian position is vital to maintaining the physical condition of our school and grounds, ensuring that every corner of our campus supports a positive learning atmosphere. You will serve as a key partner in fostering strong community relations among students, staff, parents, and visitors, acting as the first point of contact for facility needs and proactive problem-solving.
In this role, you will not only manage daily cleaning and maintenance tasks but also adapt to the dynamic needs of our school community. Your day may involve setting up and disassembling spaces for special events, managing inventory, or clearing snow from walkways during winter months. You will work collaboratively with the Operations and Maintenance team, substituting at different locations as directed, and actively participating in professional learning communities to continuously improve your skills and support the site's mission.
