About the Role

This Finance & Accounting position is based at our Snowmass Village, Colorado location. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and security of financial operations within the property. You will be responsible for checking figures, postings, and documents, as well as recording, storing, and analyzing computerized financial information. A key part of your day involves controlling and securing cash and cash equivalents in strict accordance with company policies, as well as organizing and maintaining all files and records with a focus on confidentiality.

You will prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, and payroll reports, while also auditing and reconciling revenue postings. Beyond the numbers, this role requires a strong commitment to guest service and safety. You will welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate their needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. You will also maintain a safe environment by following all safety and security policies, reporting any unsafe conditions, and protecting the privacy of guests and coworkers.
