About the Role
The Night Auditor serves as a vital Guest Service Representative and a key member of the Front Desk Team. This role is designed for individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. While the position involves standard front desk functions such as check-in/out, reservations, and handling guest inquiries, the core focus is on the integrity of financial operations during overnight hours.
You will be responsible for auditing all revenue transactions, ensuring reports are accurate, and verifying that credit card batches are transmitted correctly. A critical aspect of this role is the secure handling of cash. Beyond financial duties, you act as the Manager on Duty during incidents or emergencies, exercising sound judgment to resolve guest situations effectively. You will also conduct property inspections to ensure safety protocols are strictly in effect, ensuring the hotel remains a safe environment for both guests and team members.
