About the Role

The Night Auditor serves as a vital member of the Front Desk Team, acting as a Guest Service Representative responsible for the integrity of our nightly operations. This role is unique in its blend of financial precision and guest advocacy. You will be the guardian of revenue accuracy, auditing all transactions, ensuring reports are precise, and managing the secure transmission of credit card batches.

Beyond the numbers, you are the first line of defense for guest safety and satisfaction. You will conduct property inspections to ensure safety protocols are in effect and exercise sound judgment to resolve guest situations effectively. In the event of an incident or emergency, you will step up as the acting Manager on Duty. Your day involves exceeding guest expectations by assisting with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.
