About the Role

As a Night Auditor, you are the guardian of our overnight operations, ensuring the hotel runs smoothly while our guests rest. Your day-to-day involves a unique blend of hospitality and operational precision. You will greet every guest with a smile and a name, maintaining our standard of "Hospitality While Cleaning" even during late hours. Beyond guest relations, you are responsible for managing audit reports, handling incoming mail, and enforcing overnight security measures to keep our property and people safe.

This role requires a "Can-Do" attitude, where you are willing to stretch beyond traditional duties to meet the needs of the business. You will collaborate with team members at all levels to resolve guest concerns, maintain spotless workspaces, and ensure accurate shift handovers. From managing the front desk to supporting housekeeping efforts when needed, you play a vital part in driving guest satisfaction scores and intent to return.
