About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. This role is vital to ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience, setting the tone for a memorable stay. You will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional customer service while managing the daily rhythm of our front-of-house operations.
Day in the Life
Your day will begin by welcoming guests upon arrival, handling registrations, and assisting with inquiries about our services, amenities, and local attractions. You will manage reservations and maintain accurate records in our hotel management system. A key part of your responsibility involves conducting night audits to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded, as well as inspecting rooms before guest arrival.
Throughout your shift, you will address guest concerns promptly, maintain a clean and organized front desk area, and ensure the lobby and breakfast areas remain tidy and welcoming. You will also utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls professionally. This position typically operates during night shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM, requiring flexibility and a positive attitude to go the extra mile for our guests.

Requirements
