This opportunity is situated in the heart of midtown Manhattan, where Millennium Premier and Millennium Times Square stand next door to each other on 44th Street. These properties offer desirable locations steps from the excitement of Times Square, Broadway, Radio City Music Hall, and Rockefeller Center. Millennium Premier is a Four-Star boutique-style hotel featuring 124 well-appointed rooms and a private lounge, while Millennium Times Square, an affiliate of Hilton Hotels, offers 626 spacious guest rooms and suites, extensive function space, and a newly-opened Pan Asian restaurant.
As the Front Office Manager, you will be the face of our Guest Services, Concierge, and Uniformed Services. Your mission is to ensure these departments operate in an attentive, friendly, efficient, and courteous manner, providing quality service from the moment a guest arrives until they depart. You will play a pivotal role in maximizing room revenue and occupancy while fostering a culture of excellence. This role involves coaching and developing your team, managing daily operations, and ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the Highgate philosophy of service. You will work closely with cross-functional departments, including Housekeeping, Reservations, and Accounting, to maintain seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
