As a New Home Consultant, you will manage the new home purchase process from the initial customer contact all the way to closing. Your primary goal is to create a "tickled, delighted, and happy" customer experience. This role is about more than just sales; it is a career with purpose, built on making dreams come true, building zero-defect homes, managing costs, and adhering to strict schedules.
In this active position, you will engage visitors at our Welcome Home Centers to understand their home-buying needs, utilizing our company's proven selling philosophy. You will self-generate leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting. Your day-to-day involves developing a comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, maintaining accurate communication records, and ensuring consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing. You will also participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs, while ensuring the maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
