About the Role

This position offers a career with purpose, built on making dreams come true. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will provide comprehensive administrative and project management support for our construction, customer care, and quality assurance departments. You will play a vital role in building zero-defect homes while managing cost and adhering to strict schedules.

In this role, you will coordinate interdepartmental activities and oversee administrative tasks to support operational and development goals. Your day-to-day involves facilitating coordination between diverse teams such as Marketing, Sales, Accounting, and Land Development. You will ensure effective communication across the organization, manage community and trade show participation, and represent the company in public hearings while liaising with agencies. From monitoring project progress, including utility management and HOA transitions, to assisting with plan approvals and regulatory compliance, you will be instrumental in driving project success.
