The New Home Consultant is responsible for managing the new home purchase process from initial customer contact to closing, with a primary goal of creating a "tickled, delighted, and happy" customer. This role is built on a career of purpose, focused on making dreams come true through the delivery of zero-defect homes, cost management, and strict adherence to schedules.\n You will serve as the face of Lennar at our Welcome Home Centers, engaging visitors to understand their home-buying needs and utilizing our proven selling philosophy. Your day will involve self-generating sales leads through community engagement and realtor partnerships, developing deep knowledge of the competitive market, and maintaining accurate communication records from the first interaction through post-closing. You will also ensure the maintenance of model homes and inventory, participate in neighborhood promotions, and represent Lennar at community events and phone banks.
This is an active, in-person position requiring regular attendance at company communities and job sites. You will navigate all weather conditions and uneven surfaces to tour homesites, visit realtor offices, and attend meetings. Success in this role requires a valid driver's license to transport customers and a strong work ethic to manage the physical demands of the job, including lifting supplies and operating computer equipment.
