As a New Grad RN Resident, you will join a patient-centered environment where your primary mission is to provide safe, high-quality nursing care to neurological patients. This full-time role is designed to bridge the gap between academic preparation and clinical mastery. You will work closely with physicians, therapists, and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care plans, ensuring that every patient and family receives clear education on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge strategies.
Your day-to-day involves performing thorough patient assessments, administering medications, and utilizing critical thinking to respond to emergencies and changes in patient status. Beyond clinical duties, you will actively participate in clinical rotations, skills labs, and ongoing residency education to support your continuous professional development. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow your skills in acute care nursing, telemetry, and wound care while contributing to hospital quality standards and patient safety initiatives.
