We are seeking New Grad RN Residents to join our team and build core clinical skills under the guidance of experienced preceptors. This role is designed for those with a strong interest in acute care nursing who are ready to transition from academic learning to professional practice. You will have the opportunity to rotate through diverse settings, including orthopedic, spine, surgical weight loss, behavioral health, and rehabilitation units.
As a resident, you will be an integral part of interdisciplinary teams, collaborating to support comprehensive patient care plans. Your day will involve delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care, performing patient assessments, administering medications, and monitoring patient status. You will also play a key role in educating patients and families regarding treatments, medications, and discharge plans, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey.
Candidates selected for this position will participate in a structured residency program. This comprehensive training includes classroom education, hands-on skills labs, and competency validation to ensure you are fully prepared for your clinical duties. Successful completion of these components is essential for advancing in your nursing career with us.
