We are looking for a highly skilled and charismatic leader to drive our sales efforts across Connecticut, Vermont, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, and Northern New Jersey. In this role, you will inspire and manage the sales activities within these six states, ensuring our products are effectively sold to the market.
Salto sells through a diverse partner network, utilizing manufacturing reps (territory managers) as an extension of our sales team. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the correct partner set exists, building strong relationships with those partners, and maximizing our wallet share within each. You will execute sales plans through these partners, providing them with clear work direction while leveraging deep product knowledge and insights from Salto Wecosystem offerings to address key vertical markets and metropolitan service areas.
