About the Role
We currently have an opening for a Family Service Advisor/Licensed Preneed Funeral Director at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Columbia, SC.
In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our families and the services they need. You will sell cemetery services, property, and merchandise in accordance with the goals established by sales management. Your work will encompass both at-need and preneed sales, ensuring that families are supported whether they are planning for the immediate future or looking to secure arrangements in advance. You will be responsible for developing personal sales leads through personal contacts, telephone solicitation, and group marketing activities, while also setting appointments to make presentations in prospective client family homes. Beyond sales, you will attend visitations, funerals, and interment services to provide direct client family support, ensuring a compassionate experience throughout the process.
