About the Role
We are seeking a spine-focused Neurosurgeon to join our high-volume center in Richland, Washington. This position offers the opportunity to provide complex spine care within a collaborative model that integrates surgical, interventional, and medication-based pain management approaches. You will work alongside experienced surgeons in a robust clinical infrastructure supported by advanced technology, including Stealth navigation and Globus robotic systems.
The program is designed to support a comprehensive system of care within a high-acuity setting. You will benefit from a well-supported environment featuring RNFAs for first assist, strong APC support, and 24/7 in-house teams for trauma, intensivist, and hospitalist services. This role focuses on a spine-focused practice with approximately 90% spine cases, offering significant exposure to complex spine surgery.
