Our mission is to deliver the highest level of musculoskeletal healthcare, built upon a foundation of pioneering research, academics, community service, and a passion for excellence in patient care and outcomes.
We are seeking Fellows for the 2026-2027 academic year to join our specialized programs. These fellowships offer distinctive, intensive curricula designed to cultivate expertise in adult reconstruction, interventional pain medicine, and complex spine disorders.
This 12-month program provides extensive training under highly experienced Adult Reconstruction attending surgeons. Fellows actively engage in over 500 routine and intricate adult reconstruction surgeries, including significant exposure to complex revision cases and tumor reconstruction. The curriculum features thorough training in robotics within a high-volume joint reconstruction service known for its clinical and educational excellence.
Focusing on non-operative spine care and interventional pain medicine, this 12-month clinical fellowship allows fellows to collaborate with physicians in a large, multidisciplinary group. The program emphasizes proficiency in various interventional procedures, including fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided injections, spinal cord stimulator trials and implants, and kyphoplasty. Fellows receive comprehensive training in medication management and electrodiagnostics, with opportunities for elective rotations in orthopedic spine surgery and neuroradiology. Successful completion prepares fellows for board certification through the American Board of Pain Medicine.
This one-year post-residency program covers the management of spinal disorders through a team of surgical leaders and non-operative specialists. Fellows gain experience in cutting-edge minimally invasive and open surgeries across the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, addressing degenerative conditions, tumors, fractures, and adult deformity. The program includes active participation in monthly spine conferences and journal clubs, alongside access to a biomechanical research laboratory, motion analysis laboratory, and a fully staffed clinical research infrastructure.
To apply, candidates must submit a CV, a personal statement, and three letters of recommendation. Completion of, or current participation in, an Orthopedic Surgery Residency in the United States or Canada is required.
