About the Role

As an APRN or PA with Ascension Seton Neurosurgery, you will join an established team of 5 physicians and 13 APPs to evaluate emergency department patients, manage admitted neurosurgical patients in a hospital setting, see patients in outpatient clinic, and assist in neurosurgical cases in the operating room. This employed position within a nonprofit health system offers a practice setting focused on inpatient care.

In this role, you will lead comprehensive care delivery by directing the treatment and long-term management of diverse health conditions, ensuring every patient receives a personalized and effective care plan. You will also empower patients and families by translating medical jargon into actionable guidance, educating caregivers on treatment options and community resources to improve health literacy.
