About the Opportunity
CACI is seeking a Network Engineer to join our team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will be a vital part of a high-performing group dedicated to our customer's missions, driven by a higher purpose to ensure the safety of our nation.
About the Role
You will provide engineering efforts for ManageExpress Virtual Office (MEVO) and conduct testing with several nodes to support SSEP troubleshooting and training. Your work will involve validating network changes for transport solutions, including Internet Service Provider (ISP), Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA), and Frequency Division Multiple Access (FDMA) options. You will perform initial and operational testing on new SDN program antenna and Base Band systems, ensuring all network configuration files are correct during Tactical Integration events.
Day-to-day, you will provide operational control of all SDN kits on air at the C4TIP, supporting test events or other missions as requested. You will also assist with network optimization testing alongside SOCOM and Riverbed vendors, ensuring equipment is properly configured. As a key team member, you will offer recommendations on new equipment and evolving technologies to the lead NIWC engineer, working independently in dynamic, mission-critical environments.
