Leidos is seeking a Data Center Manager to support the National Digital Exploitation Center (NDOC). This role is critical for maintaining the operational integrity of the data center, ensuring that all activities align with the rigorous standards required by the Intelligence Community. The position demands a leader who can outthink the status quo, disrupt complacency, and drive efficiency in a high-stakes environment where the mission demands excellence.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for data center operations at the Intelligence Community Campus in Bethesda. Your day will involve collaborating directly with government stakeholders to define the processes and standards that govern daily activities. You will monitor operations to confirm compliance, track resource consumption (power, cooling, and rack space), and manage the installation and maintenance of critical equipment. This is a 100% on-site role where you will supervise vendors, control access, and ensure the safety of all personnel and equipment. You will also provide 24/7 support to respond to emergency incidents, rapidly distinguishing between server problems, network outages, and power or cooling issues to protect mission-essential services.
Candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly, or be willing to obtain one. Experience operating and maintaining systems in a Windows environment. Experience with SAN or network storage setup and administration. Data Center Management Certification. Familiarity with Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI) concepts and solutions. Experience with troubleshooting within a security environment. Experience with backup and restore procedures.

Education: Bachelor's degree required, but experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
