We are seeking a Computer Operations Support Analyst to support ongoing activities for a customer in Colorado Springs, CO. This is an on-site position designed for individuals who are eager to contribute to Space Domain Awareness and Space Defense efforts. You will operate and sustain mission systems and training environments, ensuring the continuity of operational and training missions. The role involves performing daily system monitoring and maintenance within a 24x7 operations and test environment, providing first-level technical support, and troubleshooting local hardware, software, and networks. You will document and report all events to leadership while receiving tasking for real-world events and assisting in the maintenance of user accounts as directed by the local Information System Security Officer (ISSO).
Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and possess an active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance to be considered for this position. The role requires maintaining a DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher throughout the contract period.
