About the Role
We're looking for an IT Network Analyst who loves building, maintaining, and improving modern enterprise networks. You'll play a key role in keeping our network secure, reliable, and scalable across a rapidly growing organization with 80 sites and nearly 8,000 employees worldwide. This is a fully remote role, but your work will have a very real, hands-on impact on large-scale production environments.
If you enjoy solving complex network problems, supporting distributed environments, and working with modern networking and security platforms, you'll feel right at home here. You will collaborate with security, systems, and application teams to ensure seamless connectivity while participating in on-call rotations to support critical incidents.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDeploy, configure, and support HPE Aruba-based enterprise switching and wireless networks
- check_circleManage network access control and policy enforcement using ClearPass Policy Manager
- check_circleConfigure, monitor, and troubleshoot FortiGate firewalls and security policies
- check_circleSupport SD-WAN connectivity using Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN
- check_circleTroubleshoot network performance issues including latency, packet loss, and outages
- check_circleMonitor network health, performance, and security events across 80+ sites
- check_circleAssist with network upgrades, migrations, and new site deployments
- check_circleMaintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures
- check_circleCollaborate with security, systems, and application teams
- check_circleParticipate in on-call rotation and incident response as needed
Requirements
- verified2–5+ years of experience in network administration, engineering, or analysis
- verifiedStrong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
- verifiedHands-on experience with enterprise switching and wireless
- verifiedExperience managing firewall policies and network security controls
- verifiedExperience supporting SD-WAN environments
- verifiedCertifications such as Network+, CCNA, Aruba, Fortinet, or Palo Alto certifications preferred

Nice to Have
Experience with Aruba Networks switching and wireless. Experience with Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager. Experience with Fortinet FortiGate firewalls. Experience with Palo Alto Networks Prisma SD-WAN. Certifications such as Network+, CCNA, Aruba, Fortinet, or Palo Alto certifications. Experience in fast-growing or large enterprise environments. Automation or scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, etc.).
