About the Role
The National Sales Manager serves as a strategic bridge between Totex's cutting-edge battery technology and the broader market. This role exists to drive significant revenue growth by leveraging deep technical expertise in battery chemistry, design, and manufacturing processes. You will not only sell products but also educate the market, translating complex technical features into tangible customer benefits while fostering a culture of high performance within the sales organization.
In this position, you will lead Totex's network of sales representatives, mentoring them to exceed revenue targets while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through technical support. Your day-to-day involves collaborating closely with engineering and product development teams to align sales strategies with product specifications and competitive advantages. You will represent the company at industry events and trade shows, establishing Totex as a recognized leader in the battery industry.

Requirements
