The National HR Director, Care Center Operations is a pivotal leadership role designed to align HR initiatives with the operational and strategic goals of healthcare clinics across multiple markets. As a primary point of contact for HR due diligence in practice acquisitions, this position is instrumental in establishing a strong identity and culture for this burgeoning vertical. Reporting to the AVP of Human Resources, the Director oversees the execution of the HR function for all Privia-owned practices, serving as a strategic conduit for workforce management and change management.
In this role, you will lead the HR function to close best practice gaps, create efficiencies for scale, and harmonize policies and vendors. You will manage the HR onboarding process for all new practices and large-scale clinical acquisitions, ensuring regulatory adherence and customer satisfaction. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to serving as the primary point of contact for Business Development HR Due Diligence, evaluating financial models for labor, employee training, and compliance costs during the deal evaluation process.
You will also oversee Office Managers in owned practices to execute day-to-day HR functions and coach clinic leaders on effective people management. By collaborating on compensation strategies and overseeing benefits administration for employed clinical groups, you will ensure competitive and equitable environments. Additionally, you will partner with Sales and Recruiting teams to expand HR service offerings to new and existing practices while maintaining accurate record-keeping to mitigate organizational risk across all locations where Privia employs clinical professionals.
