Key Responsibilities
- check_circleUndertake multi trade retrofit installation works in occupied properties
- check_circleInstall insulation measures including EWI, IWI, and loft insulation
- check_circleEnsure all works comply with relevant standards and specifications
- check_circleFollow health and safety procedures and complete documentation accurately
- check_circlePerform basic joinery, patch plastering, finishing works, and fire stopping
Requirements
- verifiedFull UK driving license
- verifiedCSCS card
- verifiedProven experience in multi skilled construction or retrofit environment
- verifiedCompetence across multiple trades (insulation, joinery, patching, tiling, plumbing)
- verifiedNVQ Level 3 qualification in at least one trade (preferred)
- verifiedStrong understanding of site Health & Safety requirements
Nice to Have
NVQ Level 3 qualification in at least one trade. Experience working in occupied social housing properties.
