As a Brand Ambassador/Trainer based in the Midlands, UK, you will be the face of our company, delivering a world-class experience with every interaction with our partners. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, UK & Ireland, your primary focus is supporting retail performance across your assigned territory to achieve sales targets.
You will serve as a vital link between our sales team and retail partners, driving business forward through store visits, training sessions, events, and technical support. This role is designed for a highly energetic self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also work autonomously to solve problems. You will be responsible for improving our sell-through programs, ensuring merchandising compliance, and developing continuous improvement initiatives to elevate retail performance at the store level.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates a positive attitude when faced with change and works effectively with teammates and partners. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally within an accessory sales environment, and possesses strong technical competence. You must be sales and target-driven, well-organized, and detail-oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to establish a professional, friendly, and empathetic dialogue with customers. A clean driver's license is required for this role, which involves approximately 75% travel.
