About the Company

Our family of companies—including Structure Tone, Pavarini Construction, Layton Construction, and others—provides a complete range of construction services. About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager in Atlanta, GA, to lead the planning and oversight of commercial warehouse and industrial projects. This role spans the entire project lifecycle, from estimating and pre-construction through to final completion. You will manage a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from ground-up construction to tenant improvements, with sizes varying from 50,000 to 3.7 million square feet.

In this position, you will serve as the central point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your day-to-day involves building detailed master schedules, managing subcontractors, reviewing design documents for compliance, and proactively mitigating risks. You will work closely with Superintendents to uphold safety and quality standards while mentoring Assistant Project Managers and Engineers. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to resolving issues, maintaining rigorous document control, and fostering trust through transparent communication with clients and the executive team.

Interested candidates are invited to apply directly. The selection process typically involves a review of qualifications followed by interviews to assess technical expertise, project management capabilities, and cultural fit with our team.
