About the Role

The Regent at Bellevue Way is seeking a Maintenance Tech to maintain the physical integrity of our property. In this role, you will utilize your maintenance experience and attention to detail to ensure the community remains in top condition. You will be responsible for completing work orders in a timely manner, handling make-readies, and performing preventative maintenance on the property grounds and common areas.

Your day will involve maintaining a clean and organized shop, providing weekly parts and material lists, and assisting team members with emergency calls. A key part of your success will be demonstrating strong customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors with professionalism while adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
