Augusta Commons is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to guide the maintenance team in preserving the integrity of the property. This role serves as a pivotal link between the Property Manager and the maintenance staff, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring that service requests are handled with urgency and professionalism, and that the property grounds and common areas consistently meet company standards.
