We are seeking a results-driven Multi-Site Director to oversee multiple before and after school childcare programs in Nedrow, Lafayette, and Union Springs, NY. This leadership role is the backbone of our operations, ensuring high-quality programming, strong enrollment, staffing stability, and full regulatory compliance across all assigned sites.
In this position, you will support Site Directors and staff, conduct regular site visits, and manage staffing needs to ensure each program operates safely, efficiently, and in accordance with NYS OCFS regulations. You will be the bridge between our mission and the daily reality of our programs, fostering a collaborative environment where communication, accountability, and continuous improvement thrive.
