The Employee Success Coordinator is a pivotal member of our Human Resources team, dedicated to shaping the employee experience from day one through long-term career progression. This role exists to ensure that every team member, whether a new hire or an employee joining through an acquisition, feels supported, integrated, and empowered to grow.
In this position, you will partner closely with supervisors and leadership to help employees visualize their career paths and access the development opportunities they need. The day-to-day involves coordinating onboarding programs to ensure a consistent, positive start, managing integration efforts for acquired teams, and advancing learning initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, bringing strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively with individuals at all levels of the firm.
