PTLA Real Estate Group is seeking a dynamic Portfolio Manager to oversee a substantial portfolio of approximately 500 apartment units across 50 buildings. This role is designed for a strong communicator with a creative and hard-working attitude who can effectively bridge the gap between internal teams and external stakeholders.
In this position, you will serve as the operational leader for the properties, driving leasing performance and ensuring all company benchmarks are met. Your day-to-day involves managing a team of leasing and maintenance professionals while simultaneously handling communications with third-party clients and property owners. Success in this role requires the ability to develop strategic action plans that align property goals with broader company objectives, ensuring revenue growth and community performance.
Beyond operations, you will act as a key partner in financial stewardship, preparing and presenting annual budgets for larger properties and collaborating with the Accounting Department to ensure accurate reporting. You will also play a vital role in culture and compliance, adhering to Fair Housing and Employment laws, maintaining strict risk and safety protocols, and fostering the growth of your team through effective coaching and counseling.
