About the Role
This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Your focus will be on achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals and ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
You will be expected to work at stores within a 30-mile radius of Store #3835, located at 3813 Dewey St, Manitowoc, WI 54220. The role involves resolving customer concerns promptly, staying up-to-date with product features, and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the products and store environment.

Requirements

- verified1 year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
Nice to Have
High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products. Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
