About the Role

We are seeking a Motorman to join our field operations team, supporting drilling activities across Ohio, West Virginia, or Louisiana. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing drilling machinery and equipment. Working under the direct supervision of the Driller, you will perform maintenance and minor repairs in a safe and efficient manner. You will also assist the Floorman with rig floor duties and support the Assistant Driller with mud-mixing tasks.

This position requires the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including exposure to extreme heat or cold, fumes, gases, noise, and vibration. The role involves physical demands such as climbing vertical ladders up to 140 feet, handling equipment, and responding immediately to emergency situations. You must be prepared to work flexible schedules, including long hours, weekends, and holidays, and be available on call 24 hours a day when needed.

Hiring Process

Candidates must pass all pre-employment requirements, including a physical demands assessment, vision test, drug screening, and a thorough background and driving record check. A clean driving record is required.
