The Mortgage Loan Support Analyst plays a critical role in executing various functions throughout the mortgage process. This position is designed to ensure that every task is executed while meeting strict regulatory and investor requirements, effectively mitigating risk.
In this role, you will manage the flow of compliance disclosures, loan setup, and appraisal desk functions. You will monitor and ensure required upfront disclosures are issued within regulatory timeframes and handle change of circumstances requests within 24 hours. A significant portion of the day involves managing Empower queues and designated email boxes to order appraisals, inspections, verification of employment (VOE), transcripts, and condo documents. You will also handle data entry for settlement agents and realtors and assist in maintaining quality standards in accordance with Ross, agency, and investor guidelines.
Success in this position requires the ability to think critically, solve problems, and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment. You will work independently with minimal supervision, customizing your work style to meet specific business needs while demonstrating high degrees of business professional behaviors, including punctuality, attendance, responsiveness, flexibility, and dependability.
