About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our Homeownership Department as a Loan Closing Specialist. This hybrid position is based in Providence, Rhode Island, and serves as an integral part of our team, designed for face-to-face collaboration and direct involvement in our office environment.
In this role, you will ensure the accurate and timely opening and closing of residential mortgage loan applications. You will be the bridge between regulatory compliance and efficient customer service, preparing and delivering loan estimates and closing packages within established deadlines. Your work will directly impact the borrower experience by guiding applicants through disclosures, e-signing, and closing preparation to create a clear, supportive, and efficient loan process.

- check_circleActivate Mortgage Insurance certificates upon confirmed and recorded closings
Requirements
- verifiedAssociate's degree in real estate, business administration, or related field preferred
- verifiedFour years of residential mortgage loan processing or equivalent mortgage banking experience
- verifiedWorking knowledge of FHLMC, FNMA, FHA, VA & PMI guidelines
- verifiedBilingual ability preferred (particularly Spanish or Portuguese)
