A well-established company in Blue Ash is seeking a 3rd Shift Molding Technician for a temp-to-hire position. This role is critical to the aerospace industry supply chain, where specialized tools such as bearings, washers, and bushings are coated in a unique powder and baked to create ultra-heat resistant components.

The position operates on a Sunday-Thursday schedule from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The role involves analyzing and improving manufacturing methods, creating technical procedures, and supporting a wide variety of machining and grinding operations. Success in this role requires a self-starter with strong mechanical aptitude who can manage multiple projects and lead cross-department teams with minimal guidance.

Day in the Life

You will be comfortable working with your hands in an environment where getting a little dirty is part of the process, though the work is not overly physical. A key focus of the role is maintaining strict attendance and demonstrating good attention to detail. You will be responsible for developing technical requirements for capital equipment, managing plant layouts for maximum efficiency, and maintaining the Bill of Operations within the ERP system. While programming CNC machining centers is a plus, the core mission is to ensure the integrity and efficiency of the molding and heat treatment processes.
