About the Role
This position is a member of the Manufacturing Engineering Department, reporting directly to the Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager. The role is designed for a motivated individual who will support the business through process improvements, cost savings initiatives, and everyday production needs. You will be expected to utilize your training, education, and experience to solve difficult manufacturing problems with a limited amount of guidance and direction.
Success in this role requires a deep understanding of industrial plant operations and the interpersonal skills to navigate all types of situations and individuals. You will work within a team environment, multi-task effectively, and perform key performance objectives regularly.
