About the Role

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will design and develop complex mechanical plans for the production of refrigeration systems serving commercial and industrial markets. This role requires applying standard engineering techniques to create refrigeration schematics, size and select components, compile bills of materials, and design equipment layouts. You will perform essential calculations to determine required performance and review customer plans and specifications. A key part of your day involves interfacing with sales, service, production, and outside customers to provide technical support and troubleshooting. You will take a hands-on approach to manufacturing, reviewing components during the production process and recommending design modifications as necessary to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and energy efficiency.
