The Molding Operator is a vital link in our medical device manufacturing process, responsible for setting up, operating, and tending specialized molding and assembly equipment. This role exists to ensure the production of high-quality components that meet strict industry standards. You will work in a cleanroom environment, performing precise tasks that range from machine operation and part trimming to the assembly and inspection of small plastic medical components. The position demands a steady hand, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to maintain focus during repetitive production cycles.
You will be based in a state-of-the-art facility in Minneapolis, MN, featuring Class 7 and Class 8 cleanrooms. The workspace is designed for both high-quality production and employee comfort, including modern amenities and a dedicated break room. As a fully onsite role, you will follow rigorous cleanroom protocols and safety guidelines while utilizing molding equipment, assembly tools, and microscopes in a controlled setting.
