About the Role
We are seeking a Python/UiPath Developer to lead the modernization of our legacy codebase into a contemporary technology stack. In this role, you will leverage AI-driven development tools to build robust Python-based web applications, backend services, and automation solutions. You will operate within an Agile squad, collaborating closely with teams across Wealth Management, infrastructure, and architecture to deliver solutions that adapt to evolving business needs.
Day in the Life
Your work will center on integrating advanced AI capabilities into our engineering workflow. You will utilize Microsoft Copilot and other AI-assisted tools to generate code, design unit test cases, and build Agentic AI components. Beyond development, you will design and maintain enterprise-scale UiPath automation processes, ensuring they meet rigorous quality standards and business requirements. You will also engage in debugging, performance optimization, and the creation of custom libraries, while documenting procedures and reviewing designs to ensure system stability and reliability.
Hiring Process
Candidates will be evaluated on their ability to bridge traditional software engineering with emerging AI and RPA technologies. The selection process focuses on practical application of Python frameworks, AI agent architecture, and UiPath expertise within a banking context.
