Point72's Operations team supports all operational aspects of trade processing, reconciliation, financing, and reporting firmwide for all products, including equities, derivatives, bonds, foreign exchange, futures, and digital assets across global markets.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will partner with stakeholders to translate operational requirements into actionable specifications for engineering teams, ensuring that technology enhancements align with business objectives. Your work will focus on identifying manual, repetitive, or error-prone processes and leveraging automation tools—including low-code platforms, RPA, and AI-enabled solutions—to streamline workflows and drive efficiency.
You will be responsible for eliciting and documenting clear business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows. This includes authoring high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and user stories, as well as developing and executing test plans and scripts for system enhancements. Beyond implementation, you will support post-implementation monitoring and continuous improvement, analyzing operational problems to propose scalable, technology-based solutions.
