Lap of Love seeks a Mobile Veterinarian to provide compassionate, in-home hospice and euthanasia services for pets. In this field-based role, you will travel to families' homes to perform gentle physical exams, create comfort-focused care plans, and guide owners through difficult end-of-life decisions. You will perform peaceful, in-home euthanasia, ensuring dignity and respect for every pet.
Collaborating with a supportive, empathetic team, you will maintain detailed medical records, manage medications, and uphold high standards of care while making a meaningful impact on pets and families. This position is dedicated to supporting companion animals and their owners during their most vulnerable moments, offering a unique opportunity to practice veterinary medicine with a focus on palliative care and compassionate communication.
